Obama's Internet Giveaway Breaches 1st Amendment!

Seems pretty simple, obvious, and easy to see, so this will be my shortest article ever, O lucky you LOL!

Giving away the Internet breaches your First Amendment, as it "makes a law ... abridging the freedom of speech," and of "the press" (which has these days become us private individuals)! We "press" our words into our online blogs, and distribute them! Right now we have free speech via the Internet, and Obama is making a "law" (or some sort of legalized deal) to give it all away, the logical, quite predictable result of which will be to abridge it. Oh, and we can also "peacefully assemble" here in cyberspace!

Furthermore, by what right does Obama's junta claim to own and to be able to sell off the Internet?! 

It wasn't "invented by the government;" it was invented by the telephone companies because it used landlines (as it still does) and the government didn't invent computers either. Nor did they invent the use or distribution of the TV Cables! And even the original DARPA-net itself was also mostly invented by private university types. Hell, it's still little more than a cluster of hi-speed, dash-dot telegraph lines!

It is simple, when you have control of the .gov and other domains you can disable them with the click of a mouse. If you are going to attack a nation anywhere if you can disable their communications you can blind them and you can win. We do it with bombs during the gulf wars taking out first Sadam's his communications so his forces couldn't coordinate. With the use of the internet to get people information in real time Obama is working stop those who don't have his leftist, globalist, secular worldview in a way the left could never do via the US government. 

Since the .gov and .mil root domains are just the human friendly version of the actual ICANN IP addresses that route you to the .gov .mil domains. so when you change the IP address or completely remove it to the .gov or .mil domains they no longer exist to the internet. It is like when you don't pay your domain name fee they just cut the IP address that goes to that domain name and then it no longer exists even though it is on a hundred servers... 

And then of course there's George Soros, whose minions over at 'Avaaz' are celebrating slowing down the Internet ("net neutrality") because hey those evil capitalist companies who actually built the Internet and own all the cables and routers shouldn't be allowed to charge their "rich" customers (i.e: average people who choose to work and earn money) any higher rates for faster service, now, should they?! That would be unfair to parasites everywhere!

Whee.

So getting Big Government to tax them to pay for the parasites' connections is also "fair!"

The dark and rapid descent into Islamist extremism for three young Ottawa men who plotted to leave the country to fight for the Islamic State ended on Friday with the homegrown terrorists pleading guilty to crimes inspired by an organization the sentencing judge likened to the devil.

What a silly little leprechaun! Doesn't he know metaphors (dark and rapid 'extremism' descent") are LIES?! And it isn't only "the Islamic State" which is "like the devil" it's all of islam itself, Paddy!

Ontario Superior Court Justice Colin McKinnon, in handing down sentences for the surprise guilty pleas, said homegrown terrorism is a virulent form of cancer that needs to be aggressively eradicated, and that the terrorist plans of the three men were a betrayal of the teachings of Islam.

Any sane person would know not to make public statements in support of things he doesn't know anything about, much less a seated "judge" proclaiming support for this global crime-gang!

“It is now hoped that they learn the error of their ways and the utter futility of pursuing jihadist terrorist causes, which constitutes a one-way street to inevitable disaster,” the judge told court. McKinnon said pledging allegiance to the Islamic State is like pledging allegiance to the devil.

"Jihadist terrorist causes are streets which somehow betray the true teachings of terror-jihadist islam!"

Ashton Larmond, the 25-year-old “director” of Ottawa’s cluster network, seemed the most confident in the prisoner’s box, standing up straight away, saying he takes full responsibility, that he’ll learn from his mistakes and that it will never happen again.

Someone versed in the Qur'an knows terrorism is an intrinsic part of it, and not a "mistake" to be learned from, except in that it also commands them to lie all the time in pursuit of global jihad.

Larmond, clean-cut and wearing a suit, was sentenced to 17 years for instructing a person to carry out a terrorist activity. When he walked out of Court Room 30, he smiled and waved to friends in the gallery, then shook his lawyer’s hand firmly. Joseph Addelman wished him good luck. Stupid Jew.
(And I say that as someone of Jewish heritage who despises anyone taking money to commit suicide).

Addelman told Postmedia that the sentence reflects Larmond’s degree of responsibility, and his guilty plea allowed his followers, twin brother Carlos Larmond and Suliman Mohamed, 23, to get more favourable sentences. Carlos Larmond and Mohamed were each sentenced to seven years.

Any muslim who says "jihad is a mistake" isn't "taking responsibility" he's LYING TO YOU, tards.

Carlos Larmond was arrested in January 2015 at a Montreal airport as he was boarding a flight overseas with plans of joining ISIL. He sold his belongings on the Internet before taking a train from Ottawa to the Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport. His descent into extremism was quick and came at the behest of his dominant twin brother. In RCMP wiretaps, Carlos expressed hatred for Imams who preach modern Islam. He said they’re worse than infidels because they tell Muslims to sharpen pencils instead of knives.

Ashton Larmond gave up his street life in Vanier in 2011 when he converted to Islam. What "street life" in Vanier?! People in Vanier don't live on the streets in Ottawa, Canada's capital city! He went from ecstasy parties and hip hop to studying an extreme form of Islam, and when his passport was revoked days before a scheduled flight overseas to join ISIL, he grew increasingly frustrated and 

instead spent his time recruiting others — including and unbeknownst to him, an undercover RCMP agent.

The RCMP’s case against the three men involved wiretap and informant-provided body-wire evidence. That evidence revealed, in particular, disturbing thoughts and plans by the Ottawa network’s director, Ashton Larmond:

• On the day Michael Zehaf-Bibeau unleashed homegrown Islamist terrorism in Ottawa on Oct 22. 2014, Ashton Larmond said he had bigger plans for his jihadist crew, saying a better strike on soldiers would be to storm Fort Bragg in a cement truck loaded with enough assault rifles and explosives to wage a three-day war against U.S. troops.
• After seeing a soldier at Tim Hortons, he said he wanted to slit his throat.
• He is heard telling his twin brother how the attack in a Sydney, Australia, café should have gone down: “You take the head off one of them, then you’re in control.”
• He tells his twin brother that he knows the police are “afraid of them .. they know our religion very well, this is why they’re scared. Because they know what our religion says about killing and stuff.”
• He met the undercover police agent in the parking lot of an Ottawa mosque to give him $1,300 in an envelope to book a flight overseas to join ISIL.

Mohamed was the only terrorist who showed emotion in the prisoner’s box, and when asked if he wanted to say anything in court, he wiped away tears as he read a handwritten statement. It was written in pencil and Mohamed’s hands shook as he read.

“It is something I am not proud of and I would like to make amends. My time in custody has reminded me of my Canadian values and who I really am. It has shown me that I do not agree with extremism in any way,” Mohamed told court. Obviously he's repeating his lawyer's words!

He denounced extremism and said he hopes to come out of prison a better person.

His lawyer, Leo Russomanno, presented Mohamed as a naive man who doesn’t even recognize his own voice on the RCMP wiretaps, let alone the awful thoughts he expressed. If he's that stupid...

“Mr. Mohamed’s acceptance of responsibility puts this dark chapter of his life behind him. He wants to look forward now, mainly to his parole eligibility in 2018, his family, and to putting his life back together, one step at a time,” Russomanno said. "Taking responsibility" by saying "I don't remember doing it!"?

In a search of his home, RCMP investigators seized The Book of Jihad, a compilation of notes penned by Mohamed about the justification of jihad. Obviously the "judge" didn't read any of it!

Ashton Larmond pleaded guilty to instructing a person to carry out a terrorist activity, while his brother Carlos pleaded guilty to attempting to leave Canada to commit terrorist acts. Mohamed admitted to conspiring with the Larmonds and others to carry out a terrorist activity.

The sentencing judge said he was grateful that the RCMP were always one step ahead of the “would-be evildoers” and commended their guilty pleas for sparing everyone a lengthy and difficult trial. Thank allah he didn't have to review any actual evidence of islam's guilt from the Qur'an!

Postmedia has learned that it was the twins’ own mother who turned them in, reporting to Ottawa police on Sept. 1, 2013, that Ashton Larmond had plans to go to Syria and fight for ISIL, the jihadist movement that aspires to establish an Islamic caliphate across parts of Iraq and Syria.

Ottawa police say that they immediately contacted the RCMP and that, within hours, Ashton’s mother was interviewed. The police knew it was serious when she told them that Ashton had purchased an airline ticket to Istanbul and had already packed his luggage.

It would be 17 days before Passport Canada revoked Ashton Larmond’s papers.

In an interview with the Mounties, Larmond lied and told investigators that his mother had confused what he had said, and clearly explained his 2013 travel plans. He said he was going to live in Saudi Arabia to study Arabic after backpacking in Turkey.

In the RCMP interview, Ashton Larmond said he’d never harm a Canadian citizen or anyone else because that would be against Islam. Plus, he told them: “I’m not an idiot like the Toronto 18
 guys.” No, obviously he's not an idiot - he told this now-complicit delinquent criminally negligent "judge" exactly what he wanted to hear, and Judge Lucky-Charms even publicly thanked him for it!

Obama Broke the Law by Bribing Iran

President Barack Obama’s secret, $400 million ransom payment to Iran was just the tip of the iceberg.

Turns out there was 13 other payouts made before that, according to new reports.

The ransom cash was only a part of the Obama administration payments to Iran made using an obscure Treasury Department account called the “Judgement Fund” — and if so, it represents a direct violation of the U.S. constitution.

The fund is a little-known government cash reserve set aside to pay for legal rulings that go against the government. However, using it to pay foreign governments large sums may be highly illegal.
The revelations were first reported by The New York Sun, which found 13 transfers of $99,999,999.99 the administration apparently made from the fund on January 17th — two days before the Obama administration announced to the public they’d cut a deal with the Iranian government to pay $1.7 billion to settle a legal dispute being considered in The Hague. The payment was exactly $400,000,000.13 shy of the agreed settlement total, which appears to have been wrapped up with Obama’s widely-reported ransom payment.

If proven to be true, these payments would be a direct violation of the Constitution — an offense so serious, Obama could be impeached over it.

The Judgement Fund exists in a legal gray zone, funded so that Congress doesn’t have to approve every single small judgement against or settlement made by the U.S. government. Dozens, if not hundreds, of small cases are ruled on everyday, so approving each payout would be tedious and cumbersome.

But there’s no gray zone about what the Fund is NOT — it does not exist to make secret, backroom payouts to countries whose leaders call for the death to America.

And it’s not supposed to be a back door to go around Congress.

“No Money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Law,” the Constitution reads. It’s an important part of the checks-and-balance system, first put in place by America’s founding fathers.

In other words, the executive branch is expressly forbidden from making payments to foreign entities without the express approval of Congress.

“What makes it so galling is that the administration knows that had the Iran payments been submitted to Congress for approval, they would’ve been turned down,” The New York Post’s Seth Lipsky wrote Thursday. “Majorities in both houses were against the entire Iran nuclear deal — which is why it was treated as an executive, unilateral action and never submitted to the Senate for ratification, as a treaty would have to be.”

The State Department is being very quiet on the issue, refusing to make definite statements. But if Obama knew Congress wouldn’t approve the nearly two billion payout to Iran, and — rather than get their approval as required legally — he secretly raided a remote Treasury fund to knowingly go around their authority, that’s a clear violation of the law.


The president needs to answer for this. Now.

Destroy Yourselves "FOR THE CHILDREN!"

It’s fun to watch the media squirm sometimes. We all saw the dead child face down in the sand months ago as sign that anyone who didn’t condone the invasion and destruction of Europe was a racist child murdering bigot. More recently, we saw the image of Omran Daqneesh, a Syrian child bloodied and covered with dust, sitting silently in an ambulance awaiting help after his family’s house was destroyed by an airstrike allegedly carried out by Russian backed Assad forces.

We are reminded of the human cost of war and our sympathy is commanded toward far away peoples who would see us dead if they had the means. We are then ordered to give them said means, by way of open immigration and even government subsidies therefor.

We’re supposed to forget the fact that welfare funded “refugees” in the United States have already gone on to fight for ISIS. We’re not supposed to take into consideration the fact that the National Intelligence Director says ISIS will infiltrate refugee populations to stage attacks. We’re supposed to forget that tens of thousands of “refugees” are already in the United States, that some have already committed horrific terrorist attacks, that terrorist attacks in Europe are hardly even newsworthy anymore, and that some of these attackers are second generation invaders born and raised to kill inside our own countries. All this, for the children.

Then we get those little reminders that not all children are quite the innocent victims the photos lead us to believe. A child blew up a wedding in Turkey killing dozens, and most of his victims were under 14 years old. Another child attempted to set off a suicide vest in Iraq, but he was stopped and stripped of his explosives before they could be detonated. ISIS calls their child soldiers “Cubs of the Caliphate” and parades them around in their propaganda proudly.

Their attitude toward children is “Screw it, we’ll make more”. Meanwhile white people are quitting breeding for climate change, and to check their white privilege to the point that America’s birth rates are now a national emergency.


Forgive me then if I seem a bit unconvinced when leftists cry out “for the children”. If they loved children so much, they would stop burdening them with debt before they are born. They would stop subsidizing birth control and abortion so that more would be born. They certainly wouldn’t be importing murderous welfare dependent savages at the expense of future generations, or disarming the parents who would protect the children therefrom. They hate children because children represent the continuation of our society, and they want our society to end.

Similarly,  if the liberals were so "for the children," as noted recently elsewhere, such that they pretend "if banning guns could save just one child, it'd be worth it!" then why not apply the same logic such that "if banning muslims could save just one child from being bombed or raped" it'd be worth it, too - no? But if libertine "liberal" criminals are anything definable, they are total racists and hypocrites!

ICJ Exonerates Milosevic; Media Silent

Remember Slobodan Milosevic? Sure you do. The former Serbian president was one of the bad guys of the 1990s.

When Yugoslavia disintegrated into civil war, Serbs, Croats and Muslims indulged in a horror show of mutual mass murder. With the Serbs tapped as the biggest villains, the Western media focused in on Milosevic and vilified him as a modern day Hitler. He was blamed for starting the war and accused of genocide and ethnic cleansing against Bosnian Muslims and Croats.

After much handwringing and rhetorical outrage, Canada, along with other Western nations dispatched thousands of peacekeepers to quell the slaughter, and took part in a NATO bombing campaign against Serbia. Nonetheless, about 140,000 died in what are referred to as the Yugoslav wars between 1991 and 2001.

Seems it was the wrong call, at least to some extent. Earlier this year, in a decision that received minimal media attention, the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY) exonerated Milosevic.

Milosevic, the tribunal ruled in late March, wanted to prevent the breakup of Yugoslavia, and while he initially supported Bosnian Serb leaders to that end, there is no evidence he was part of a “joint criminal enterprise” to victimize Muslims and Croats.

“Based on the evidence before the Chamber regarding the diverging interests that emerged between the Bosnian Serb and Serbian leaderships during the conflict and in particular, Milosevic’s repeated criticism and disapproval of the policies and decisions made by … the Bosnian Serb leadership, the Chamber is not satisfied that there was sufficient evidence presented in this case to find that Slobodan Milosevic agreed with the common plan” to forcibly remove Muslims and Croats from territory claimed by Bosnian Serbs.

Indeed, Milosevic “openly criticised Bosnian Serb leaders … (for) committing ‘crimes against humanity’ and ‘ethnic cleansing.’”

No doubt, Milosevic would have appreciated those words. Only he wasn’t around to hear them. After losing power in 2001, a new pro-Western Serbian government turned him over to the ICTY. Then Canadian Supreme Court justice Louise Arbour, acting as tribunal prosecutor at the time, indicted him as a war criminal. He spent five years locked up only to die of heart failure in 2006 in the midst of his trial.

The media that characterized Milosevic as a moral monster – often cast as the “butcher of the Balkans” – has effectivly ignored his posthumous exoneration. Searches of Google News and other databases turned up no stories in the Canadian media and only a few in other Western outlets.

The ICTY probably likes it that way. The Milosevic case is buried in a 2,950-page ruling the tribunal issued March 24 after convicting former Bosnian Serb leader Radozan Karadzic of war crimes.

Karadzic’s 40-year prison sentence garnered widespread media coverage, but it seems few journalists turned to page 1,235 to read the nine pages devoted to Milosevic.

Not every journalist, however. “The butcher wasn’t a butcher after all,” Scott Taylor, the editor of Esprit de Corps magazine writes in a recent edition. “The ICTY makes it clear that Milosevic actually helped to force the Bosnian Serb leader to sign the 1995 Dayton Accord Peace agreement.”

The Milosevic ruling also vindicates those who didn’t think he was the villain that Western powers, especially the United States, made him out to be.

“The idea that he started (the war) is completely false,” says James Bissett, who served as Canada’s ambassador to Yugoslavia in the early 1990s and testified on Milosevic’s behalf. “I don’t think he was guilty of wanting a ‘Greater Serbia’ or genocide.”

Will those who vilified (SLANDERED) Milosevic admit they were wrong?
Not likely.

As Bissett puts it: “Even in the early days, it was apparent that most of the media reporting about the cause and course of the Yugoslav fighting was biased. In effect, the Serbs were branded as the bad guys, and any news developments were interpreted on that basis.”

It seems that when governments need a bad guy to justify questionable actions, propaganda supersedes the truth.

We have shown why we believe Hillary Clinton is unfit, physically and mentally, to become President of the United States, using video footage, testimonies and images through the years to show visual proof of our assertion, but last night and Twiiter account named @HillsMedlRecords claimed that documents they uploaded are of Hillary Clinton's medical records from 2014 and 2015.

If these documents are real.... it is over for Hillary.

The original Tweet has since been removed by Twitter as the @HillsMedRecords user page no longer exists, butscreencaps show she/he  listed a note in their profile that stated "I hate to do this, but people need to need to know. Dr. Bardack was not honest about Hillary Clinton's health and I have proof."





The reference is to Dr. Lisa Bardack, who is on record as Hillary Clinton's Physician, who in July 2015, issued a statement claiming "Mrs. Clinton is a healthy female with hypothyroidism and seasonal allergies, on long-term anticoagulation. She participates in a healthy lifestyle and has had a full medical evaluation, which reveals no evidence of additional medical issues or cardiovascular disease. Her cancer screening evaluations are all negative. She is in excellent physical condition and fit to serve as President of the United States."

The whistleblower account now shows up as "Sorry, that page doesn't exist," but the documents he or she claimed were Hillary's medical records, live on as people downloaded and reuploaded them and are sharing them still.



The first is purportedly from February 5, 2014, stating the "present complaint" is "Blacking out for short periods of time, uncontrollable twitching, memory loss, fatigue.

It lists a Interim Medical History, Medical Examination, then the Diagnosis of "Complex Partial Seizures, Subcortical Vascular Dementia"





The second document the user claimed was leaked Clinton medical records is dated March 20, 2015, listing "Dizziness, fatigue, mini-seizures, memory loss" as the "Present complaint" for that office visit. Diagnosis on that document also states "Complex Partial Seizures, Subcortical Vascular Dementia."



According to Cleveland Clinic, Subcortical Vascular Dementia is described in the following manner, along with the symptoms... emphasis mine:

Subcortical vascular dementia, also called Binswanger's disease, is caused by widespread, microscopic areas of damage to the brain resulting from the thickening and narrowing (atherosclerosis) of arteries that supply blood to the subcortical areas of the brain. Atherosclerosis (commonly known as "hardening of the arteries") is a systemic process that affects blood vessels throughout the body. It begins late in the fourth decade of life and increases in severity with age. As the arteries become more and more narrowed, the blood supplied by those arteries decreases and brain tissue dies.

Brain imaging shows the brain lesions typical of the disease and is essential for an accurate diagnosis. The most characteristic feature of vascular dementia is psychomotor slowness - an increase in the length of time it takes, for example, for the fingers to turn the thought of a letter into the shape of a letter on a piece of paper. Other symptoms include forgetfulness (but not as severe as the forgetfulness of Alzheimer's disease), changes in speech, unsteady gait, clumsiness or frequent falls, changes in personality or mood or urinary symptoms.

John Hopkins describes Complex Partial Seizures in the following manner:

Complex partial seizures can begin in any lobe of the brain, but cause alteration of awareness due to spreading of seizure activity. 

Complex partial seizures are often preceded by a simple partial seizure (aura). An aura is often described as a warning and can manifest in several different ways, such as a sense of fear, a funny feeling in the body, déjà vu, etc.

Patients experiencing a complex partial seizure may stare blankly into space, or experience automatisms (non-purposeful, repetitive movements).

EMEDICINE highlights a couple points under their "Impaired consciousness," category that explains how Clinton can function publicly, even after a mini-seizure, and why some are claiming that one of her protective detail members is truly a "handler."

Usually, during a complex partial seizure, the patient is unresponsive and does not remember events that occurred - Although patients typically do not respond to external stimuli, they may make simple verbal responses; follow simple commands; or continue to perform simple or, less commonly, complex motor behaviors (eg, operating a car)

BOTTOM LINE

If these documents are real and that is a big IF, then they would explain Hillary Clinton's apparent "seizures" caught on video, her weird behavior, her frequent documented falls, her inability to even climb stairs on her own... and so much more. 

There is no doubt that whoever the supposed "whistleblower" is that they are familiar with medical sysmptoms, because they understood the relevance of those particular diagnoses in conjunction with the very public sysmptoms shown by Hillary Clinton indicating some serious medical health issues.
