For the second time in the 11 years since the death of Serbian President Milosevic this high court chamber has found Milosevic, "NOT GUILTY OF 66 COUNTS" against him...Many in Europe believe he did not die of natural causes and it is most likely he was murdered while in the Tribunal jail. Milosevic was denied medical treatment offered by Russia that could have saved his life. Denying a prisoner medical treatment was "Cruel and Unusual Punishment" and a crime against justice and humanity.

Buried in a footnote deep in the fourth volume of the judgment against Bosnian-Serb General Ratko Mladic the judges UNANIMOUSLY CONCLUDED that “The evidence received by the trial chamber did not show that Slobodan Milosevic, Jovica Stanisic, Franko Simatovic, Zeljko Raznatovic, or Vojislav Seselj participated in the realization of the common criminal objective” to establish an ethnically-homogenous Bosnian-Serb entity through the commission of crimes alleged in the indictment.

This is an important admission because practically the entire Western press corps and virtually every political leader in every Western country has spent the last 25 years telling us that Slobodan Milosevic was a genocidal monster cut from the same cloth as Adolf Hitler. 

We were told by Secretary of State Lawrence Eagleburger that Milosevic was “Butcher of the Balkans,” and like Joe Biden's son Hunter Eagleburger became an employee of a foreign government as a Board Member of the Communist Bank of Yugoslavia and a Board Member of the Communist Yugo Car Company ...gaining a hideous 50 pound increasing his waistline by ten inches before Eagleburger returned through the infamous ‘revolving door’ at the State Department in the last months of the Bush administration. Where, after mocking Milosevic and stuffing his face he successfully stuffed his pockets with more than $6 million dollars as the nation and our media embellished every word he said about the Yugoslav government and its leader…There was never any evidence to support these accusations against Milosevic, it was a media driven "Witch Hunt," sound familiar?

The American people were lied to in order to justify ‘economic sanctions’ and ‘NATO military aggression’ without UN or Congressional approvals against Serbia who did not attack any NATO country (Article 5 of the UN Charter) and were bombed in violation of the UN Charter, the NATO Treaty, the Helsinki Final Act and the Geneva Conventions signed by 35 countries after WWII – this corrupt, underhanded behavior and aggression was exactly the method used to lie about the war in Iraq based on phony claims of “WMD” (Weapons of Mass Destruction), none of which have EVER been found. These ugly underhanded tactics were used against Saddam, Milosevic and now Trump. Since the Democrats will stoop to anything in their hatred of an elected Republican, who gives a Rat's Ass? Is this the cesspool our Republic is descending into?

This is the second successive trial chamber at the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY) to conclude that Slobodan Milosevic was not guilty of the most serious crimes he was accused of.

Last year, the Radovan Karadzic trial chamber also concluded that “The Chamber is not satisfied that there was sufficient evidence presented in this case to find that Slobodan Milosevic agreed with the common plan” to permanently remove Bosnian Muslims and Bosnian Croats from Bosnian Serb claimed territory. 

The Tribunal has done NOTHING to publicize these findings internationally despite the fact that Slobodan Milosevic was accused of 66 counts of genocide, war crimes, and crimes against humanity by the Tribunal, other than quietly release this second finding. It is a sleazy way of covering their legal ass…these findings have been thrown into the same trash heap as the hideous “Organ Harvesting of Serbian POW’s” by Albanian war criminals, all of whom have escaped justice.

It appears Trump is the next Milosevic… It worked in Iraq and Serbia so why not in Washington?
